Taste of Health

This recipe retains the original taste of the traditional Rava upma and at the same time adds the goodness of oats into the meal.
Many times in our life we have come to a situation where we are concerned about our health. The waist lines are no longer curves but bulges, the chin becomes ‘chin two’, we huff and puff while tying a shoe lace, climbing even a short flight of stairs becomes an ordeal of sorts.
In our series to provide health recipes, here is one to increase the potassium content in our body. Potassium and sodium work in opposite directions in our body.
Same old idlis ? If you are tired of making them, try this recipe which retains the taste of the traditional steaming idlis and at the same time adds a whole grain into the meal. This dish is for curd lovers and also for people who hate curds as steaming morphs curds’ actual taste.
